Remembering Fred Fost
Today we remember Fred Fost who passed away Thursday after a battle with cancer. “Fred was a gentleman to the core and never once in his lifetime uttered harsh words against a single soul; and he never once complained about the misery he lived through every day of his battle with the disease. Of course, he was quite a good runner in his day too…” (words of Chris Murphy).
Our thoughts are with Fred and his family.
